REFUND POLICY: 

• Refunds or credits will not be issued for cancelled sessions or seasons due to natural disaster, government emergency, health crisis or force majeure (act of god).  
• No refunds or credits will be issued after week 3 of the season for regularly scheduled (in-person) programming.
• Refunds or credits requested prior to week 3 of the season for regularly scheduled (in-person) programming will be given for the remaining sessions only. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to a Soccer Shots representative. Notification must be received 24 hours PRIOR to the session.
• Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.
• Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended.
• The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a make up class.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• With monthly installment option, a deposit is charged to your credit card at the time of registration. Your credit card on file will be charged the installment amount on a monthly basis from time of purchase, until the balance is paid in full. If a final payment amount is due, your card will be charge the remaining balance 7 days before the season end date. All recurring payments apply on a season by season basis and you will need to re-enroll for each individual season.
• If a child has an unpaid balance from a previous season, the outstanding balance must first be paid in full before continuing in the current season. In this case, any payments submitted for the current season will be credited to the previous season until the account balance is paid.
  
  

PICTURE POLICY:

• In a concerted effort to safeguard our families’ digital privacy rights, effective Fall 2017, Soccer Shots employees will no longer be taking pictures of participants. Parents are welcome to take pictures of their own children, but we ask that they consider and respect other families’ privacy. MAKE-UP CLASSES AND CANCELLATIONS:

• Specific to Public Programs: Soccer Shots plays in rain when temperatures are above 55 degrees. While we can’t always predict the weather, we work hard to try to make the best decision for the children. Soccer Shots will make every effort to determine the status of class no later than 1.5 hours before the scheduled start time of class, based on available hourly weather forecasts and field closures beyond our control. We will cancel classes due to adverse weather conditions with short notice or while class is in progress if the safety of the children is in question. If we do cancel a class, we will notify you via email and text.
• Specific to School Programs: Whenever possible, we will use indoor space during inclement weather. If there is no indoor space available, Soccer Shots, together with the school, will determine the status of the class. If we do cancel a class, we will notify you via email.
• We will use the email address and phone number we have on file for cancellation updates. Please check your security and spam settings to allow emails from Soccer Shots. If you use Gmail, please make sure to check the promotions folder.
• For scheduled seasons that are 10 weeks or less, Soccer Shots will hold the week following the last scheduled class as the inclement weather make-up date. There will be ONE inclement weather make-up date per season. In the case of inclement weather, Soccer Shots will notify you of any cancellations and make-up sessions. *In the event of inclement weather on a scheduled make-up class date, there will be no additional make-up dates scheduled.
• Make-up sessions are not provided upon missing a session.
• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a refund for the cost of the season, minus the enrollment fee will be processed.
• If a session or season needs to be canceled for any reason, Soccer Shots may provide alternative programming as a replacement such as, Soccer Shots On The Go or a virtual session.  
  
  

ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL POLICY:

• Parents must sign out children from after-school programs at their childcare center. Parents are expected to arrive a few minutes before the session is complete.
• If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please note authorized pickup person on the registration.
